The Calgary Society of Independent Filmmakers is an inclusive, non-profit, arts-based society that exists to encourage film making as art, reflecting and challenging our changing cultural landscape through production and exhibition of the Filmmaker.
As a member driven artist run centre, the Calgary Society of Independent Filmmakers provides support to its membership by providing access to professional film production equipment and post production facilities.
The CSIF offers its membership access to a wide range of production equipment in order for them to produce their work.
